Job Title: Non-Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Associate

Overview

The Non-Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for marketing, creative, and design roles. This role focuses on sourcing qualified candidates, evaluating talent, coordinating interview processes, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Source, attract, and engage candidates for various roles.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases for talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of creative and marketing professionals.

2. Screening & Selection

  • Review portfolios, resumes, and work samples to assess design and marketing capabilities.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate skills, cultural fit, communication, and role alignment.
  • Coordinate assessments, design tests, or task-based evaluations as required.

3. Recruitment Process Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with design leads, marketing managers, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
  • Advise on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies for creative roles.
  • Provide weekly recruitment updates and metrics to HR leadership.

5. Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Support content creation for employer branding on social platforms.
  • Participate in events, job fairs, and talent communities to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Promote culture and creative opportunities to attract top talent.

6. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HR systems.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in non-technical recruitment, preferably in marketing, design, or creative domains.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and ATS systems.
  • Understanding of creative job roles, portfolios, and design terminology.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with creative agencies, digital marketing firms, or startups.
  • Strong understanding of brand, content, and design workflows.
