At Healthcare Abroad, we connect healthcare professionals with top international employers and support them at every step of their journey. We are expanding and looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai-based team.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Placement

• Support healthcare candidates through registration and relocation
• Conduct candidate phone screens and manage interview processes
• Place candidates with our existing healthcare partners
• Source additional candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals (we provide a strong pipeline to start)

Business Development

• Reach out to new and existing partners to expand our client network
• Build strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and medical groups

CRM & Candidate Management

• Keep CRM and tracking systems updated with candidate and client details
• Manage candidate journeys from initial contact to post-placement follow-up

Candidate Community & Support

• Help candidates connect with others in the same city

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or sales
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, and CRM systems
• Proactive, independent, and motivated to achieve results
• Familiarity with healthcare recruitment is a bonus, not a requirement
• Open to being involved in social media (no editing skills needed)
