The Role

We are seeking a driven and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from generating new business to placing senior candidates in leadership positions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in executive search, with a competitive commission structure that rewards results. No prior recruitment experience is required - this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales, telesales, or business development who is confident on the phone, fluent in English, and eager to learn.

You will be trained to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing new business and winning clients, to sourcing, interviewing, and placing senior-level candidates. This is a role with huge earning potential for someone who is hardworking, resilient, and motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

• Proactively identify, target, and build relationships with new and existing clients across multiple industries.
• Secure executive search mandates through effective business development strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their talent needs and providing consultative solutions.

Candidate Sourcing & Management

• Execute full candidate lifecycle management: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting senior talent.
• Develop strong talent pipelines through networking, headhunting, referrals, and market mapping.
• Manage candidate relationships with professionalism, ensuring excellent candidate experience.

Recruitment Delivery

• Deliver against executive search assignments to the highest standard, ensuring quality shortlists and successful placements.
• Coordinate interview processes, provide feedback, and manage offers/negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

360 Responsibility

• Own and manage both client and candidate sides of the recruitment process.
• Drive personal revenue targets through placements and consistently achieve set KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Ideally 1 - 3 years in sales, business development or any B2B commercial position.
• Mindset: Driven, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially aware.
• Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Resilience & Confidence: Able to work in a fast-paced environment with persistence and a solutions-focused attitude. Comfortable making high volume outbound calls and building rapport with senior professionals.
• Motivation: Excited by the opportunity to grow in executive search and motivated by performance-based earnings.
