Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for successful, 360 recruiters who can demonstrate a proven track record of winning new business and placing candidates within either the IT/Tech, Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain space. You will be a 150k+ consistent biller. My client is offering uncapped commission, no threshold and hybrid working. Basic salaries ranging between 40- 60k (tax-free) dependant on experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in procurement consulting or in-house procurement especially within professional services, utilities, or FMCG industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategy, tendering, contracting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver value.
• Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to make a mark in a collaborative, high-performing consulting environment.
