Where does this role fit into the bigger picture?
The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with relevant stakeholders across the Dubai Future Foundation to support the organization’s talent acquisition needs and strategic objectives.
This role is a one-year engagement and contributes to enabling DFF to deliver on its ambitions and initiatives by acting as a trusted partner and advisor, while supporting various business units in attracting, assessing, and onboarding talent aligned with the Foundation’s future-focused mandate.
Recruitment Consultant – People & Culture
As a Recruitment Consultant within the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle. You will manage the day-to-day recruitment operations for the Dubai Future Foundation enabling us to identify, attract and retain candidates who meet the talent needs of the foundation.
People Processes
• You will work closely with People & Culture team and Strategic Business Unit to understand the talent requirements and prioritization of those requirements.
• You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations for the recruitment team and taking candidates through the entire recruitment life cycle. These responsibilities will include but are not limited to developing job descriptions for prioritized roles, posting the jobs onto our different careers’ platforms, sourcing talent for the different roles, screening applications, arranging and conducting interviews, developing candidate offers, and supporting the onboarding of candidates.
• You will support in the development of long-term recruitment strategies and build a strong talent pipeline based on the approved organizational chart.
• You will work closely with the hiring managers to identify hiring needs, determine selection criteria and keep the hiring managers updated throughout the recruitment process.
• You will source potential candidates through classic and innovative sourcing channels, including the Careers Page, LinkedIn, networking events, and by developing strong relationships with top local and international universities.
• You will manage the internal employee referral program and ensure employees are kept up to date on the status of their referrals.
• You will ensure that each candidate receives a positive experience going through the interview process with the Dubai Future Foundation, regardless of the outcome of their candidacy.
Strategy & Leadership Support
• You will support the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Performance Management in developing the people strategy for the Dubai Future Foundation.
• You will also support the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Performance in ensuring all candidate records are up-to-date and provide weekly reports to share with leadership regarding the talent pipeline.
• You will also conduct research on recruiting best practices to ensure the Dubai Future Foundation’s internal recruitment processes are aligned with global best practices.
Third Party Relationships
• You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with any 3rd party suppliers including recruitment agencies, consultants, etc.

Who We're Looking For?
• As a Recruitment Consultant, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• You will have a minimum of 7 years’ hands-on experience in recruitment at a top local or international organization. Experience working as an in-house Recruitment Consultant, with management consulting companies, tech companies or public sector entities is a plus.
• You will have a positive attitude, be driven and entrepreneurial, and be able to work well with ambiguity.
• You will have strong organizational capabilities, and be able to seamlessly pivot between different roles, projects, and initiatives.
• You will have excellent people skills and be able to build strong relationships across the organization.
• You will need to have a solution-oriented mindset and be able to problem solve creative ideas to any roadblocks you may face.
• You will be innovative and future focused when developing and implementing recruiting strategies for the Dubai Future Foundation.
• You will have a positive attitude, work well within a team, and be willing to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic is required. Verbal and written communication in Arabic is a plus.
