Job Summary:
Emerik Valley is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant to generate recruitment business opportunities and convert candidate leads into successful placements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling candidate inquiries received through social media platforms, referrals, and direct communication channels, while ensuring timely follow-up and successful onboarding of candidates.
This role is fully commission-based and suitable for individuals with strong communication, sales, and recruitment skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle candidate leads received from social media platforms, advertisements, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Contact potential candidates and explain available job opportunities, salary packages, and employment terms.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until deployment or joining completion.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team regarding documentation and interview scheduling.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and placement targets.
- Ensure professional communication and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate new recruitment business opportunities and candidate sources.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, telesales, customer service, or manpower consultancy is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convince and close candidates professionally.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and lead handling.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and WhatsApp communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups effectively.
