An excellent opportunity for a
360 Recruiter
to join our Technology & FinTech practice. This role is full-cycle recruitment, managing the entire recruitment process from business development to candidate placement. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent, and ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities within the Technology & FinTech sectors.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.

Conduct client meetings, understand hiring needs, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Negotiate fees, contracts, and terms of business.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting).

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline of top Tech & FinTech professionals.

Provide interview preparation, career advice, and feedback to candidates.

Match suitable candidates with client requirements and manage interview processes.

Coordinate offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

Ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Advise clients on recruitment best practices and workforce planning.
Key Skills & Experience

At least 4-5 years of experience in
360 Recruiter
within Technology, IT, Digital, or FinTech sectors.

Strong track record in business development and achieving sales/revenue targets.

Excellent sourcing skills with knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms.

Ability to build long-term client and candidate relationships.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Resilient, target-driven, and highly motivated.
