Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for salon operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management
- Partner with the Operations Team to understand manpower needs, plan proactively, and fulfill bulk recruitment targets within agreed timelines
- Source candidates through databases, agencies, job fairs, open days, social media, and referrals
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical skills, grooming standards, and communication ability of technicians
- Drive high-volume hiring campaigns, both locally and internationally (when required)
- Coordinate with visa, onboarding, and PRO teams to ensure timely mobilization
- Maintain candidate data and pipeline status on the internal ATS or recruitment tracker
- Create job postings in English and Arabic; ensure effective reach through digital and offline channels
- Support the induction and orientation process for new joiners, ensuring candidate experience remains positive
- Share weekly recruitment updates and insights with the TA Head and Operations
Requirements:
- Fluent in English – Arabic is a Plus
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in salon, spa, wellness, retail, or hospitality industries
- Proven track record in bulk hiring and frontline recruitment
- Strong understanding of operational salon roles and technical job skills (nail, hair, massage, beauty therapy)
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa procedures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of handling high-pressure hiring seasons
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in hiring for GCC-based beauty or wellness brands
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards
