Recruitment Consultant (Freelance)

We are looking for a motivated Freelance Recruiter who can partner with us to grow our client base and support the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, sourcing talent, and successfully closing positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies that require recruitment support
• Build relationships with founders, HR teams, and hiring managers
• Understand client hiring needs and present appropriate recruitment solutions
• Manage the full BD cycle: outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and contract acquisition
• Understand job requirements and candidate profiles needed
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
• Pre-screen candidates before sharing profiles
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients
• Support until the role is successfully closed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in 360 degree recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently
• Organized, proactive, and target-driven
• Knowledge of UAE market is an advantage
• Candidate should have their own visa

Compensation

• Commission: Earn 40% of the billing for each successful placement
• No fixed hours, complete flexibility
