We're hiring for 2+ years experienced recruitment consultant to work in EPC projects.

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

* Identify and source candidates for EPC-related roles across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Management, HSE, QA/QC, Commissioning, and related functions.

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and placement.

* Utilize job boards, Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, referrals, and networking strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

* Conduct technical and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability.

2. Client Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, project owners, contractors, and industry clients.

* Understand client needs, project scope, and technical requirements for roles.

* Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment recommendations to clients.

* Ensure timely updates and smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

3. Business Development

* Identify new business opportunities within the EPC and energy sectors.

* Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and negotiate commercial terms.

* Meet sales targets through client acquisition and successful placements.

4. Market Knowledge

* Stay updated on industry trends, job market changes, and major EPC project developments.

5. Administrative & Reporting Duties

* Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM or ATS system.

* Prepare weekly reports, candidate summaries, and client updates.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment regulations, and data-protection standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or related field.

* Proven experience in recruitment within EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Construction sectors.

* Strong understanding of technical job roles such as Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Planners, Quantity Surveyors, etc.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to work in a high-paced, target-driven environment.

* Strong sourcing abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with EPC contractors or engineering consultancies.

* Certifications in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
