Recruitment Consultant (IT)

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in IT recruitment. The successful candidate will work directly on a client project, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring the timely placement of top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
