Talent Acquisition Manager – J&T Recruitment


Job Description


Position Overview


The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure J&T Recruitment attracts, engages, and hires top-tier talent. This role is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing client hiring needs, coordinating with internal teams, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager also ensures compliance with recruitment best practices while driving continuous improvement in sourcing and hiring processes.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning


  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.


  • Analyze market trends to identify innovative talent acquisition approaches.


  • Forecast hiring needs and create talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.


2. Full-cycle Recruitment


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.


  • Utilize job boards, databases, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates.


  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure role fit and cultural alignment.


3. Client & Stakeholder Management


  • Liaise with client companies to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.


  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, recruitment progress, and market insights.


  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.


4. Team Leadership (If Applicable)


  • Lead, mentor, and support recruitment consultants or coordinators.


  • Oversee workload distribution and performance management within the team.


  • Encourage a high-performance, collaborative culture.


5. Process Optimization & Compliance


  • Develop and maintain recruitment workflows, ensuring consistent processes.


  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention, etc.).


  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and agency policies.


6. Employer Branding & Engagement


  • Promote J&T Recruitment as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.


  • Enhance candidate experience from application through onboarding.


  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


  • 3–5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency experience preferred).


  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS tools, and recruitment platforms.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Leadership experience is an advantage.
