About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to lead and manage our staffing operations across domestic and international markets. The role requires expertise in handling multiple recruitment pipelines, coordinating large-scale hiring campaigns, and ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience. The Recruitment Coordinator will act as the bridge between clients, candidates, and internal teams, driving efficient, high-quality placements across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing, screening, and selection of professionals across multiple industries and functions.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and bulk hiring for domestic and overseas clients.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the GCC, MENA, and other regions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to translate client requirements into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporates, agencies, and government-linked organizations.
  • Oversee candidate verification, reference checks, and documentation required for placements.
  • Coordinate with candidates for visa, travel, and onboarding-related processes (where applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and local/international labor laws.
  • Guide and support junior recruiters/coordinators, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize recruitment processes to improve turnaround times and placement quality.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies, tools, and reporting systems.
  • Track recruitment KPIs such as lead conversion, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to management on recruitment pipelines, market insights, and competitor practices.
  • Identify new talent pools and emerging recruitment opportunities in different sectors and geographies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international recruitment firm or HR consultancy.
  • Proven track record in handling large-scale and cross-border recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
