Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Posting job openings, reviewing resumes and applications, and acting as a company representative at recruitment events.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and preparing interview packs.
  • Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing updates on the recruitment process, and answering questions.
  • Administrative Support: Maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS), managing candidate data, and assisting with new hire onboarding processes.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Adhering to HR policies, employment laws, and company procedures, and developing reports on recruitment progress.
  • Process Improvement: Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and suggesting ways to improve the hiring process.

BUSINESS DEV EXECUTIVE

  • Identify new opportunities:Conduct market research to find new clients, markets, and strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals.
  • Develop strategies:Create and implement business development plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build relationships:Establish and maintain strong connections with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals:Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the company's value proposition.
  • Manage client accounts:Handle client relationships, provide exceptional service, and consult with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Analyze market trends:Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new avenues for growth.
  • Attend industry events:Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and generate leads.
  • Track performance: Prepare reports detailing progress, results, and other key activities.
