Recruitment Coordinator (Early Career) (Entry Level) (3 to 6 Months Contract) (6th of October, and Maadi Sites)

Cairo, Egypt

  • Recruitment Administration: Assist with the management and execution of recruitment programs.
  • Resume Management: Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes; conduct background and reference checks.
  • Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for telephone and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
  • Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and concise records and reports of all recruitment process phases, utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
  • New Hire Processing: Create new hire packets and arrange background checks and drug tests for prospective applicants.
  • Company Image Promotion: Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers.
  • Testing Administration: Administer typing and math tests to prospective applicants, as necessary.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants, as necessary.
  • General Support: Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition department and related stakeholders, as necessary.


Candidate Profile:

  • English Proficiency: Strong command of English at a C1 level, ensuring effective communication both written and verbal.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Aware of the recruitment process
