Job Summary

As a Recruitment Coordinator – Senior Analyst , you will be part of Accenture’s Talent Acquisition team in Egypt, supporting end-to-end recruitment operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience by managing interview logistics, recruitment systems, data accuracy, and coordination across stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with recruiters, HR partners, and business leaders to deliver operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle for local and regional hiring demands, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of recruitment processes.
  • Schedule and manage interviews, candidate assessments, and feedback collection, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in recruitment systems (Workday)
  • Prepare offer documentation and coordinate pre-onboarding activities with HR and Operations teams.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, providing insights to Talent Acquisition leads.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to forecast and prioritize hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment policies, data privacy standards, and employment legislation.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and candidate engagement activities in Egypt.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.


  • Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Avature, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


  • Preferred:


  • Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with Egypt’s labor laws and hiring regulations.
