Position - Recruitment Executive

Location- Noida

Experience- Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Source and screen candidates through portals, social media, and references.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and trackers.
• Support in onboarding of new hires.
• Work closely with hiring managers to meet manpower needs.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (HR background preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
