Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Executive with 2–5 years of experience to strengthen our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent that supports our organization’s growth and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes across departments.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with HR on employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
• Negotiate job offers and close positions effectively within defined timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or IT sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
