Recruitment Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, confident, and well-presented female Recruitment Executives to join our growing team. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates and onboarding clients, particularly for blue-collar and semi blue-collar roles, across sectors such as construction, hospitality, retail, and facility management.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates locally and overseas.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and HR departments to generate manpower leads.
• Meet clients for recruitment discussions.
• Coordinate with agency partners for scheduling interviews and onboarding logistics.
• Handle complete pre- and post-interview documentation and travel formalities for selected candidates.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication.
• Should be comfortable being presented in company social reel's and videos.
