Recruitment Executive, Freelancer

Job Type: Freelance / Commission-Based

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and own network
• Share relevant candidate profiles as per company requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the HR team
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates till joining
• Maintain basic candidate data and status updates
• Adhere to company hiring guidelines and timelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or talent acquisition (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Access to sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, etc.)
• Basic understanding of hiring processes

Compensation:

• Attractive commission per successful joining
• No fixed salary; performance-based earnings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
