Salary: Rs. 3,00,000 – 3,60,000 pa

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Executive – Healthcare to support international hiring processes for nurses, paramedical staff, and allied healthcare professionals. As part of our diversified recruitment services, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating placements of qualified healthcare professionals with global clients and hospitals.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in healthcare recruitment, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and a solid understanding of international compliance, credentialing, and documentation processes for overseas placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment of nurses and paramedical staff for international clients.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare candidates through portals, networks, referrals, and agencies.
• Verify candidate credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure eligibility and compliance with international standards.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, technical assessments, and medical examinations.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to guide them through the recruitment and placement process.
• Liaise with international clients and hospitals/healthcare facilities to understand staffing requirements.
• Support documentation management for overseas placements, including credentialing, licensing, visas, and immigration requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and assist in managing recruitment pipelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports for management and clients.
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with international standards and ethical practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (nurses/paramedical staff preferred).
• Familiarity with international healthcare licensing requirements (e.g., NCLEX, HAAD, MOH, DHA, Prometric) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of healthcare job roles and requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS/CRM).
• Ability to manage confidential candidate information with integrity.
