Position: UK Healthcare - Recruitment Specialist
Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore
Salary: upto "75,000 PKR" Plus Commission
Shift timing: 1pm-10pm (Mon-Fri)

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist specialised in Care Home industry in the UK. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as shortlist and screen resumes, cold calling candidates, conducting phone interviews, client communication and training new hires.

Qualifications:
Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
Communication skills
Training skills
2 years experience in the Care Home industry
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred
