What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Post job openings across LinkedIn and recruitment portals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding activities (university outreach, social media content, etc.).
  • Maintain candidate data in spreadsheets and recruitment trackers.
  • Learn modern hiring tools, ATS systems, and automation platforms.
