Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources/MBA/BBA/MHRM, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the development or NGO sector.

Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of HR policies, recruitment practices, and labor laws.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct field visits as part of HR support functions.
  • Maintains a professional, calm, and positive attitude.
  • A team player who values empathy, collaboration, and positivity in the workplace.
  • Able to manage workload efficiently and eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring transparent and inclusive hiring.
  • Assist in onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee personal files in line with ITA’s policies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Support in payroll coordination, and manage attendance and leave records efficiently.
  • Contribute to HR reporting, staff timesheets, documentation, and safeguarding initiatives.
  • Conduct field visits and intercity travel when required to support HR operations and staff engagement at project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
