As a Recruitment Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the fast-paced and exciting field of recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates
• Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in conducting in-person interviews
• Assist in maintaining and updating our candidate database
• Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks such as drafting offer letters and contracts
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment software
