About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on technical hiring. The intern will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to learn sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.

Review resumes and identify potential candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-up communications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.

Help maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree holder or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a Must.

Strong interest in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus.
