Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle for technical and IT-related positions
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
- Source, assess, and attract qualified technical candidates through different recruitment channels
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical assessment processes
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for tech and banking-related roles
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Requirements

- Previous hiring experience within the banking sector is a must
