Senior Technical Recruiter

Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical recruitment processes, partnering closely with clients and hiring managers, and attracting top tech talent across different banking and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment cycle for technical and IT-related positions
  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Source, assess, and attract qualified technical candidates through different recruitment channels
  • Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical assessment processes
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for tech and banking-related roles
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers and databases


Requirements

roven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
  • Previous hiring experience within the banking sector is a must
  • Strong understanding of technical and digital roles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
