Key Responsibilities: -
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
* Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to optimize hiring outcomes.
* Maintain and update candidate databases.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
* Experience in managing and mentoring a recruitment team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
