About Us:
Global Web Marketing LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Manager to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure the company attracts and hires top talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Conduct employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.
  • Support HR activities related to employee engagement, retention, and performance management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar HR/recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
