About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Recruitment Manager
to manage our recruitment function in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing to hiring and onboarding — while managing and developing a team of recruiters to ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals across all departments.

Oversee the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Calibrate closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies and plans.

Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

Ensure a
seamless candidate experience
and uphold the company’s employer brand.

Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management.

Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities.

Manage and execute Leadership and Support hiring.

Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.

Drive process improvements and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6–8 years of proven experience
in recruitment, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead role.

Excellent Language Skills (C1 level English)

Experience in multinational or large-scale organizations.

Strong understanding of
end-to-end recruitment processes
and current talent acquisition trends in the
BPO
industry.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using
ATS platforms
and other recruitment tools.

Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
