Job Title: Recruitment Manager - Contract Labour

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the hiring and management of contract laborer's across various project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in contract staffing, vendor coordination and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract laborer's, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate closely with project heads and site supervisors to understand daily/weekly manpower requirements.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of contract labour candidates for various trades (welders, fitters, helpers, grinders, technicians, etc.).
• Maintain relationships with labour vendors and agencies to ensure consistent manpower availability.
• Keep an updated database of candidates, recruitment status, joining, and deployments.
• Coordinate with HR for issuing offer letters, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities.
• Conduct periodic site visits to understand manpower demand trends and improve hiring quality.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, joining confirmations, and ensure minimum dropouts.
• Resolve basic recruitment-related queries from candidates and site teams.
• Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and weekly dashboards for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
