We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring operations and support the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment strategies, team performance, employer branding, and overall candidate experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational hiring goals.
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment trends to stay aligned with market demands and future workforce needs.
2. Team Leadership and Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve departmental targets.
- Assign tasks, track performance, and provide ongoing feedback and guidance.
3. Hiring Process Management
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and job specifications.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
4. Sourcing and Employer Branding
- Develop innovative and effective sourcing channels to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Strengthen the employer brand through job fairs, partnerships, social media, and marketing initiatives.
5. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth, respectful, and positive candidate experience throughout all hiring stages.
- Design and implement tools to capture candidate feedback for continuous process improvement.
6. Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Present regular reports and insights to senior management to support decision-making.
7. Compliance and Policies
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and all internal recruitment policies.
- Develop and maintain recruitment policies and procedures aligned with company standards.
8. Additional Responsibilities
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management as part of departmental needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Salary
AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
