Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the recruitment team to ensure high performance
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifications
  • Oversee job postings across multiple platforms and ensure employer branding consistency
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor laws
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
