Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Recruitment Manager who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring full compliance with Bahrain labor law, LMRA regulations, and local hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for local and overseas hiring
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, NPRA, and MOL procedures
- Handle visa processing, work permits, transfers, and contract documentation
- Coordinate with government authorities and external recruitment agencies
- Screen, interview, and select candidates for various roles
- Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring forecasts
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee records
- Advise management on hiring regulations, manpower planning, and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in Bahrain
- Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience with LMRA, NPRA, MOL systems and procedures
- Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight timelines
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- HR or business-related degree
- Experience recruiting for multi-industry roles
- Knowledge of HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
