RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Recruitment Manager who is currently based in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring full compliance with Bahrain labor law, LMRA regulations, and local hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for local and overseas hiring
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law, LMRA, NPRA, and MOL procedures
  • Handle visa processing, work permits, transfers, and contract documentation
  • Coordinate with government authorities and external recruitment agencies
  • Screen, interview, and select candidates for various roles
  • Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and hiring forecasts
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and employee records
  • Advise management on hiring regulations, manpower planning, and compliance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter in Bahrain
  • Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and recruitment processes
  • Hands-on experience with LMRA, NPRA, MOL systems and procedures
  • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight timelines
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR or business-related degree
  • Experience recruiting for multi-industry roles
  • Knowledge of HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
