TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be locally available in Bahrain, well-versed in Bahrain labor law, and experienced in end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions using job boards (including Indeed), social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews, coordinate assessment tests, and manage candidate communications.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires in compliance with Bahrain labor law.

Employer Branding & Talent Sourcing

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice in the local market.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage Bahrain-specific recruitment channels and networks to attract qualified candidates.

HR Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies.
  • Assist with work permits, visa processing, and government documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records, reports, and metrics.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Provide recruitment insights, market trends, and recommendations to management.
  • Support HR team with onboarding, induction, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in Bahrain.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law, HR compliance, and government recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and recruitment platforms.
