Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with GOSI, LMRA, CPR, Tamkeen, and immigration processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of timesheets for payroll data.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave management.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee’s concerns.
- Provide administrative support to HR department, including documentation, report preparation, and coordination of HR activities.
Qualifications/Skills Requirement
- Proven experience of 3+ years in HR role/Government relations in Kingdom of Bahrain
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
- Experience in construction industry will be preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bahraini nationals only
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
