Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, hands-on HR experience, and excellent communication skills. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and government regulations
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Coordinate with government authorities (LMRA, SIO, MOL, etc.)
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and support audits when required
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist (Bahrain experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR practices
- Experience dealing with government portals and compliance procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
