HR GENERALIST

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, hands-on HR experience, and excellent communication skills. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and government regulations
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
  • Coordinate with government authorities (LMRA, SIO, MOL, etc.)
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits when required
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist (Bahrain experience preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR practices
  • Experience dealing with government portals and compliance procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
