Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Payroll Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll processing, and solid knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle employees professionally are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with Bahrain regulations
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, MOL requirements, LMRA, SIO, and GOSI where applicable
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and termination letters
- Coordinate with government portals and handle renewals, visas, and employee documentation
- Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, and HR policies
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR & payroll records
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR & Payroll Executive
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR compliance
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems
- Immediate availability is a strong advantage
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR & payroll experience in Bahrain
