HR & PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Payroll Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll processing, and solid knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle employees professionally are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with Bahrain regulations
  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, MOL requirements, LMRA, SIO, and GOSI where applicable
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and termination letters
  • Coordinate with government portals and handle renewals, visas, and employee documentation
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, leave, and HR policies
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR & payroll records

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR & Payroll Executive
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR compliance
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems
  • Immediate availability is a strong advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR & payroll experience in Bahrain
