JUNIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have practical HR experience, basic to good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, and strong communication skills. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
  • Assist in recruitment processes including screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies
  • Coordinate with government authorities (LMRA, SIO, MOL) as required
  • Support leave management, attendance tracking, and HR reports
  • Assist in employee relations and respond to HR-related queries
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience in Bahrain preferred
  • Basic to good working knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR practices
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
  • Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred
