SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our organization in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on HR experience, in-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law (Government Regulations), excellent communication skills, and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Ensure full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and government HR regulations
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and HR documentation
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Coordinate with government entities (LMRA, GOSI, MOL, etc.)
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Executive / HR Officer
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and HR compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working in Bahrain-based organizations
  • Experience dealing with government HR processes
