Recruitment Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition for our growing call center and marketing operations.

This role is responsible for workforce expansion, recruitment strategy, channel development, and ensuring timely team delivery (20–100 hires based on business needs).

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, manage hiring pressure, and consistently deliver quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans based on business expansion needs
  • Achieve hiring targets ranging from 20–100 team members
  • Manage and expand local recruitment channels (online & offline)
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding process
  • Track hiring metrics (interview-to-offer ratio, onboarding rate, retention rate)
  • Provide regular recruitment progress reports
  • Continuously optimize recruitment efficiency and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Age: 25–40 years old
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience prioritized)
  • Languages: English (working proficiency) + Urdu (mandatory)
  • Proven recruitment experience in Call Center / Telemarketing industry
  • Strong execution and target-oriented mindset
  • Able to work under hiring pressure and meet deadlines
  • Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)
  • Experience recruiting for gaming / online entertainment industry
  • Experience building teams from 0–1
  • Strong local recruitment network in Islamabad or Lahore

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
