Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from initial interviews and sourcing to onboarding and compliance.
- Drive consistent performance and optimal hiring capacity for assigned geographies and locations.
- Act as a Recruiting Business Partner, implementing hiring strategies that augment performance optimization.
- Lead talent mobility initiatives, designing strategies to align employee movement with long-term business goals.
- Oversee global mobility programs, including cross-border transfers, relocations, and remote work arrangements.
- Sustain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integrity and manage overall data governance and recruitment analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and sourcing partners to ensure Cost Per Hire (CPH) and KPIs are within target.
- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for employees during internal movements.
- Manage vendor relationships, such as relocation services, to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in volume recruiting, talent management, or talent mobility.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably at an Assistant Manager or Manager level.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Video Conferencing platforms, and HRIS/ATS management.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
