Recruitment Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead the recruitment function, drive hiring strategies, and ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process from start to finish.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Lead, mentor, and support the recruitment team
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes
  • Prepare and manage job offers, agreements, and other hiring documentation
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation complies with company policies


🔹 Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in recruitment
  • 2–3 years in a leadership or senior recruiting role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in tech recruitment is a strong plus
