Our client is a global leisure destination seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead and enhance their talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- Proactively work with business leaders to determine hiring requirements and ensure timely engagement of employees.
- Develop and implement suitable sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet line managers' staffing needs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external sources of staff supply to ensure the talent pipeline is well stocked.
- Negotiate and promote consistency and visibility of agency agreements across the AI business.
- Establish an online portal to attract and manage a database of suitable potential candidates.
- Support managers in behavioral based interviews, ensuring that candidates are assessed against the appropriate company behaviors.
- Conduct behavioral based interview training for managers.
- Ensure that assessment (post interview) is completed to determine the best fit for the role and that all selection documentation is completed in accordance with legal requirements.
- Monitor recruitment and selection, induction and exit interview best practice compliance across the business.
- Produce and report on international recruitment, selection, induction and exit interview metrics.
- Implement and drive the intern scheme.
- Travel will also be required for this role as the leisure group expands.
Qualifications
- At least four years of recruitment experience from a recognized international recruitment consultancy or a multinational company.
- Hospitality or hotel experience is desirable.
- Western educated with strong recruiting experience across the GCC.
