Recruitment Manager - Senior

We are seeking an experienced Sr Recruitment Manager with strong agency network with Asian countries.

• Must have proven experience in bulk hiring for blue-collar categories.

• Hands-on exposure in white-collar recruitment across real estate, telecom, and civil engineering sectors.

• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills are essential.
• Experienced in working with large workforce companies and able to perform effectively under pressure
• Ability to handle recruitment team onshore and offshore

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree / MBA in HR (preferred).
• Certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an added advantage.
