Job Title: Recruitment Officer - Local Labor

Location: Bhavani, Erode
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years in Recruitment
Qualification: MBA / MSW in HR

About the Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department heads / unit HR to understand daily, weekly, and monthly local labor requirements.
• Maintain a labor availability database to meet urgent and seasonal manpower needs.
• Plan and execute recruitment drives within nearby villages and communities.
• Source candidates from local areas through community leaders, employment offices, referrals, and field visits.
• Conduct preliminary screening of workers for skills, attitude, and physical fitness.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled laborer's.
• Conduct daily field visits to nearby villages for candidate mobilization.
• Organize job camps, village meetings, and awareness programs for attracting workers.
