The Recruitment Officer is responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. With around two years of experience, the officer works closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and in alignment with organizational policies and workforce planning.



Key responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Draft and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential applicants for future vacancies.
  • Review applications and resumes to match qualifications with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone or online screenings.
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling.
  • Arrange and facilitate interviews (face-to-face, virtual, or panel formats).
  • Prepare interview guides, assessment forms, and evaluation tools.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview outcomes.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
