Roles & responsibilities:

Manpower Planning & MR Control

  • Collect manpower requests (MRs) from all divisions in the approved format and maintain a consolidated MR tracker.
  • Validate MR details (job title, quantity, salary range, nationality preference, joining date, project/division, approvals).
  • Sourcing & Screening
  • Source candidates via agencies, job portals, referrals, and internal database.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates based on JD and requirements.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with division heads and schedule final approvals.

Offer, Mobilization & Onboarding Coordination.

  • Prepare offer proposals for approval and coordinate issuance of offer/appointment letters (as per company policy).
  • Coordinate mobilization steps: medical, visa/entry requirements, travel, joining schedule (as applicable).
  • Documentation & Compliance

Ensure recruitment communication is properly recorded (email trail, approvals, interview feedback).

  • Maintain complete recruitment files: CVs, interview notes, approvals, offers, joining confirmations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Business management required.
  • 3-4 years of recruitment experience required (Qatar/GC experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/HRMS WITH RECRUITMENT/Onboarding modules.
  • Working experience with multiple divisions will have an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
