Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs. The role focuses on proactive candidate sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and databases. The Recruitment Officer will collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential candidates using
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases

Build and maintain
strong candidate pipelines
for current and future hiring needs.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct
initial candidate outreach and pre-screening interviews
.

Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Maintain accurate candidate data in the
ATS or recruitment tracking systems
.

Track sourcing metrics and improve sourcing strategies.

Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

Ensure a positive candidate experience during the sourcing and screening stages.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience
in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.

Strong experience using
LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
.

Experience sourcing candidates for
technical, engineering, or corporate roles
is preferred.

Excellent communication and networking skills.
Preferred Skills:

Strong
Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques

Knowledge of
ATS systems and recruitment tools

Ability to manage
multiple job requisitions simultaneously

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Fluent in
English (Arabic is a plus)
