Recruitment Partner (Mass Hiring) - German Speaker

Envision Employment Solutions is currently hiring Recruitment Partner (Mass Hiring) German Speaker for our sister company.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Recruitment Partner to lead high-volume hiring initiatives with a strong focus on mass recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced, high-turnover nature of call center operations and can deliver scalable, quality talent pipelines to meet business demands.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities: :
  • Mass Hiring Strategy & Planning
  • Design and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns specifically for call center roles (e.g., customer service representatives, telesales, tech support).
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment timelines.
  • Create scalable and efficient recruitment plans tailored to high-volume, rapid-fulfillment environments.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Management
  • Build robust pipelines for frequently hired call center profiles using job boards, employee referrals, social media, and job fairs.
  • Implement proactive sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets in tight timelines.
  • Maintain a deep bench of pre-screened candidates ready for immediate deployment.
  • Screening & Selection
  • Customize assessment tools and screening processes to evaluate key competencies for call center roles: communication, empathy, resilience, and problem-solving.
  • Conduct group assessments, panel interviews, and voice capability tests as needed.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience despite high applicant volumes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferably with a concentration in Human Resources), Human Resources Management, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year focused exclusively on call center hiring, and a proven track record of successfully hiring call center agents
  • Excellent command of the German language is a must
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English is also required
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Tech-savvy is a must – proficient in Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Trello, Workable (ATS), or demonstrates a proven ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – we use Workable
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong rapport with candidates and clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner and fast problem solver
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to express innovative ideas related to recruitment and enhancing the overall employee experience

Work Setup::
  • Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed
  • Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)
  • Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
